Online Account Application
There are many things you can do on our Citizen Portal without creating an online account such as search our permit database. For many transactions such as submission of permit applications, requesting inspections and processing payments, you will need to have your own, online account and a valid email address to which correspondence can be sent.
Creating an online account is easy. Please complete the form below. Once you submit the application for your online account, an activation code will be sent by email to the address you provide below. Once you confirm your account using the activation code, you can login and access the site’s electronic government services.
Your email must be valid in order to activate your account. Your login name will be your email address!
